
City gym contained woman's body?
I want to start building the muscle to be a fitness figure competitor, I do not want to be a be a builder Body of woman, I do not want to be so great that i scare ppl, but I want to be more than sung. I am aspiring to a similar figure to Jaime Koeppe. I have 23 and now 160 pounds (one pound little more fat to lose) and 5'4, 5'5 is Jaime. my questions are, what are the best exercises to do? I have a gym home gym similar to the total, the biggest loser dvds, free weights, jump rope, ball and body and mat pilates dvds and several other computers at home. also what are the best foods to eat to build muscle in a woman? how long a day should I spend working out?
if you want to be serious and participate in contests then you're going to have to change your lifestyle. u are going to have to have ur life revolves around fitness. that sounds more difficult than it is so this is what u no. wake up and do cardio for about 30-ȍ minutes before u do anything (running or swimming works best). doing cardio when I wake up burns more fat u 300% be done at any time. now ur going to want to try eating 6 small meals spread throughout the day and drink 2.1 liters of water per day, this will increase your metabolism ur. Make sure ur eating healthy (no fast food, no pop or candy, etc). now I'm not sure what is best for women when it comes to lifting but it shouldn't be very different from what men do. so going by that, u should lift a muscle group per day, eg Monday-chest bank, fly, dumbell bench, slope, slope of biceps curls Tuesday, hammer curls, preacher curls, chin-ups Wednesday-leg squats, leg press, lunges, leg curls, the shoulder extension Thursday, traps dumbell raises, military press, fly back, shrugs, triceps Friday-pushdowns. sauces, lying dumbell extensions Saturdays and Sundays, outside of this schedule has worked for many many people, but there are many lifts more than just Trew there. u shouldn't have to worry about getting too muscle if u just pick up and just lift light weights for about 45 minutes. u need muscle if ur going to have a low% body fat, but what I just keep an eye on that. just remember that your diet is the most important ur going to have to worry about anything else Because is not that hard.
