I'm a man about 6 feet, 15 years old, 140 pounds, I'm fine, what kind of exercises I can do to your muscles?

I seeking advice on building muscle or mineral, such as different types of exercises and so on to make at home.I do not have a lot of exercise, plus a team of ab glide.Please help me!

Go to the gym. Weight lift, push, run, squats. Where do you want to build muscle? Arms, legs, chest, whole body? Staying active, eating healthy and exercising.
