best choice for home gym equipment?

I want to do something to use in the country and want to know what piece of equipment that give the best all-around Training – rowing machine or exercise bike, or something else? It has to be not very large, and is available at no more than £ 200, thanks! FYI – no is I have to lose weight, just want to be able to do some cardio at home – because that is where I spend most of my time! I have fitness DVD now, but I want some equipment too!

Get an exercise DVD – fits in a small space and uses your body weight for resistance. Try beach body – it works for me. (The win a round is in the video Debbie has terrible English grammar. For example, "put your acrosst * * arms of his body.)
