What are some good exercises you can do at home?

I have not got a treadmill, but I have the exercise ball. I do not want to go and spend a fortune on exercise equipment. Can you recommend some things at home you can use. Like sometimes I use water bottles in the exercise, or use the stairs to climb. Any other ideas?

Beginners: Do each exercise for a set of 15 to Ǵ repetitions. Intermediates: Do each exercise for 2 or more sets of 15 to 20 repetitions with short rest periods between sets. Advanced: Do each exercise forŃ or more sets of 15 to 20 repetitions, with brief periods rest between sets. Doing these exercises more difficult because: (1) Using only one limb at a time, such as making one leg squats, one arm push-ups, etc (2) Take a total of 10 seconds for each repetition.
