How I can improve my maximum number of sit-ups for the physical fitness test army? 10 points for best answer?

I still I'm a sophomore in high school, but I wanted to start early. I can do push up and the operation (playing football so I have to be good to go) but I have a real problem with abs. I can make an endless number of them, however, not enough within two minutes. What I can do to improve. PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME NO MORE SIT-UPS! really? no shit that I have to do more abdominal crunches. just tell me the year, overall length, the number of reps and every other good thing (:. and no, it has a gym, weights, or other things that I have a gym, and am able achieve financial one. I can not buy a medicine ball weights or anything fancy equipment and others. Very grateful.

need to strengthen core muscles. I would recommend doing abdominal exercises like twist flutterkicks and anything else that works the abs. try to do abdominal exercises pyramid to 1 and then 2 and then 3 and so on then work back to the one or start the October 5, 1915 then 20 and working his way back to 5.
