
Exercise at home, how to make it effective?
I am aಐ years old, weighing 145 pounds and 5'7 ". I want to tone up a little, not really worry about losing too much weight, some would be good though. But I know that muscle weighs more than fat, so I guess inch are more important to me than weight. I have a treadmill, dumbells 10 pounds, and a yoga mat and my team. So my question is: how do I do that, without a gym? There is a gym near where I live, so I can not go. So what kind of exercises I can do to build muscle? Of course you jogging / running, so do not need any help in the cardiovascular area.
Make an effective conditioning throughout the body and exercises for weight loss can do at home without any fancy equipment. A pair of dumbbells is all you need. For starters make a total of 3 mini circuits to start. Of up to 4 or 5 as you get better at them. Once you are ready to move to the next level to add a second mini circuit pick 3 different exercises (one per group). Make your second mini circuit with the same amount of work to rest ratio as your fist. If you feel you are already at an advanced level can add one or two mini circuits for a total Mini 4-circuit.
