
How I can tone my body at home without the use of exercise equipment?
I want to tone and lose weight in my body, mostly smaller (half the belly, hips, my back and thighs), but since I'm a cheap skate can not afford to go to the gym or have sooo right equipment myself how I can tone in the house? Need exercise ideas that work in the places i mentioned above ^ Thanks! :]
