Which is better, a stationary bike, elliptical or treadmill?
I am looking to buy exercise equipment and I was wondering what is better, a bike, elliptical or treadmill? What is more of a workout?
The elliptical trainer and are much easier on the joints, but the tape is the easiest to get a good workout on. That said, you can get a great workout in any of these. The question might be better ask … do you like best? Because that is what you need to go with. The important thing is "that would be used more?" This will determine the number of successes that the goal of fitness. What I always use?
