
How I can create my chest as the only team I have is dumbbells?
I recently decided that I try to build at least an amount muscle base. I bought a "Weight Training for Dummies" book, but about half of the exercises are for any weights or machines gym. I have no way to go to the gym and I can not pay bar, so weights are basically my only option. I tried the one and only chest exercise dumbbells in the book (essentially an imitation of the bench press), but just felt like I was working my arms and not your chest. I also tried to adjust my position, but still nothing. What are some other exercises with dumbbells that I can do for my chest?
I would do push-ups either regular or raise legs on the couch and upper body on the floor so your body forms an angle and do pushups.
