
cardio without the use of her legs at home?
Hi guys. I broke my right ankle a month or two ago doing, and I was wondering if any of you had any idea to do cardiovascular exercises without the possibility of using the leg. I prefer exercises that can be done without gym equipment, except maybe the weights because not have access to a gym. I admit that I'm sadly out of shape and I have to be able to get fit again as soon as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
