
Help! Trying to lose weight, June 20 pounds. I need a lot of input?
Okay. Lately I've been exercising every day. I 100 Bicycles, seventeen videos 5-6, and walk / run a mile and a half. BUT, I can not work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays some Def. I know 3 days a week is all you need, but Im trying to lose 20 pounds. And I've been drinking water, green tea, and trying to see what I eat. Will this be enough? Anything you would like to suggest? I can not afford the diet pills. I can buy cheap exercise equipment. Cheap under 10 years. I have a mate, dunbells, and a ball. But, I mean I look really good in my bikini this year. And I just need lots of help so that I can have a nice, feel better. ANY answers are apperciated! Thank you very much.
1. Drink plenty of water. Take your weight, divide it by 2 and drink a lot in ounces daily. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink 75 ounces of water a day (150 / 2 = 75) 2. Once you've gotten used to it, switch between walking and running (about 2 minutes. Run 1 min. Etc.)ಊ. Make a light training. Lean Muscle helps burn more fat.
