
What in the exercise equipment at home is better for faster weight loss and health?
I have a budget of $ 400. I am interested in weight loss (40 pounds), Improving Energy, and some toning. Confused by all the different types of equipment available, not sure what is best for my needs. Treadmill, bike, elliptical etc. I've seen a lot of ads and NordicTrack Bowflex, but I think they are out of reach. Winter is coming soon and I know you do not have the willpower to walk or pay my money to drive to a gym every day, I know very well. Like be home anyway.
Any cardio equipment you listed can be used for cardiovascular improvement and weight loss. If you are working comparable in intensity (heart rate), you can get good results either. The key is to choose one that you will like more, or at least hate the most minimum. Many people team, hate using it and quit. bikes are generally cheaper and have the least amount of space. But choose what you like best and can afford. If you use any of them can always get the results you want.
